Shipping Policy
We currently utilize the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. Your orders are diligently tracked, and you can anticipate receiving tracking information via email within 5-7 business days of shipment. It's important to note that the chosen shipping method (first class, priority, etc.) commences only after our processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, CARRY ØN. CARRIE ON assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your package. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, any delays or concerns with your package post-shipment, including rare cases of non-delivery, are beyond our control once it is in the hands of the postal service. In such instances, we advise reaching out to your local postal service, providing them with the tracking number issued when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or resend orders under these circumstances.
On average, shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks. While we strive to facilitate timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the items shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
